Objective: To provide technical support, maintenance, and administration of computing equipment, networks, and organizational software, ensuring continuity of IT systems operations and information security. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or Technical Degree in Systems, Computer Science, Networks, or ICTs. * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems, technical support, help desk, or similar roles. * Experience in user support and incident resolution. * Participation in system installation or migration projects. Knowledge: * Operating systems: Windows, Linux, and macOS. * Networks: router and switch configuration, structured cabling. * Hardware support (PCs, laptops, printers). * Office suite and administrative software. * Basic cybersecurity (antivirus, backups, policies). * Basic knowledge of servers and virtualization (desirable). Responsibilities: * Address hardware, software, and network incidents. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment. * Install and configure operating systems and applications. * Configure LAN/WAN and WiFi networks. * Monitor network security and performance. * Monitor backups, information security, and user accounts. * Manage users, permissions, and access rights. * Implement antivirus, firewalls, and security policies. * Provide basic training on digital tools usage. * Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently. Location: Vallejo Industrial Zone, Azcapotzalco, CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
