Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in quality management systems, welding, blueprint interpretation, applicable regulations, and document management within the metal-mechanical industry. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in implementation and auditing of ISO 9001 QMS 2. Expert knowledge of welding processes and quality control (AWS/ASME) 3. Advanced skills in root cause analysis and quality indicators (KPIs) Description and details of responsibilities: Proficiency in ISO 9001 – Implementation, maintenance, and auditing of QMS. Knowledge of welding processes – SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW. Blueprint and welding symbol interpretation – According to AWS / ASME. Applicable standards – AWS D1.1, ASME. Welding quality control – WPS, PQR, WPQ. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) – VT, PT, MT, UT, RT. Document management – Record control, traceability, and procedures. Root cause analysis – 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA. Quality indicators (KPIs) – Scrap, rework, non-conformities. Internal auditor – Planning and execution of internal and external audits (auditor certification preferred).
