Strengthen culture, workplace climate, and talent performance **Organizational Development Coordinator** A prominent industrial-sector company is seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator to lead key initiatives in culture, talent, and employee experience. **Work Location:** Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 hrs **Position Objective:** Manage and implement organizational development strategies, strengthening culture, workplace climate, and talent performance, aligned with business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Implementation of organizational climate and culture strategies * Management of performance and potential evaluations * Follow-up on development and training plans * Coordination of onboarding processes * Administration of climate indicators (internal NPS) and action plans * Oversight of occupational safety and hygiene matters * Coordination of events and internal communications * Use of evaluation tools **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources * Experience in organizational development or culture * Industrial sector experience preferred * Experience with operational staff (preferred) * Experience working with labor unions (highly preferred) **Key Competencies:** * Emotional intelligence * Effective communication * Empathy * Conflict management * Influence and impact * Organizational awareness **Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $30,000 to $38,000 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers ($2,100 monthly) * Major medical expense insurance (for employee and dependents) * Life insurance * 30-day year-end bonus * Performance bonus up to 20% Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $38,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
