Professional stability and growth in an international environment An international logistics company is seeking a **Warehouse Operations Coordinator** to lead our e-commerce warehouse operations, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory control, and excellence in customer service. **Position Objective** Coordinate and supervise warehouse logistics and administrative operations, ensuring process quality, regulatory compliance, inventory optimization, and complete customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and goods handling. * Manage inventory through WMS, cycle counts, and audits. * Coordinate the operations team, shifts, productivity, and training. * Implement quality controls aligned with ISO 9001. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Analyze operational KPIs and generate performance reports. * Resolve operational and logistics incidents immediately. * Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Advanced English. * 3+ years of experience leading warehouse or logistics operations. * Experience in inventory control and WMS/ERP systems. * Team leadership experience. * Knowledge of national and international logistics. * Prior e-commerce warehouse experience preferred. **Competencies** Leadership, results orientation, organization, problem-solving, working under pressure, customer focus, and high attention to detail. **Working Conditions** * Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00 | Saturday 9:00 – 14:00 * Statutory benefits + enhanced benefits * Savings fund * Food vouchers * Professional stability and growth in an international environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1.00 – $10.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
