We seek committed, responsible talent with a detail-oriented mindset to join our operations team. **Job Objective** To monitor in real time the movement of our transport units via GPS platforms, ensuring route, timing, and security protocol compliance. This role is critical for incident prevention, maintaining logistics traceability, and providing on-route operator support. **Responsibilities** * Continuously monitor active units and verify compliance with routes, schedules, and authorized stops. * Detect deviations, delays, or incidents and activate corresponding protocols. * Maintain communication with operators to confirm their status and coordinate actions during contingencies. * Identify high-risk zones and apply security protocols in cases of theft, accident, or mechanical failure. * Record trip information and incidents, and prepare daily monitoring reports. * Coordinate with supervisors, yard staff, and maintenance teams to optimize operations. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma (technical degree in logistics, IT, or related field preferred). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics monitoring, satellite tracking, traffic control, or real-time customer service. * Knowledge: * GPS platform operation (Omnitracs, Tracktik, Satelital, etc.) * Geolocation and national routes * Logistics security protocols * Basic Excel and professional messaging skills **Skills** * High concentration and attention to detail * Clear and timely communication * Ability to respond immediately * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts * Responsibility and adherence to procedures **Conditions** * Rotating or fixed shifts (day/night) * On-site work (operations control center) * Weekend or holiday shifts as required by operational role **Are you interested in joining our team?** Send your CV to **\[recursos.humanos@mtologistics.com.mx or recursos.humanosmtologistics@gmail.com]** or contact us at **\[449 579 54 32]**.
