Functions and Responsibilities \* Full fleet vehicle control. \* Daily physical and mechanical condition inspection. \* Real-time tracking. \* Control of circulation permits, insurance policies, license plates, and vehicle registration fees. \* Up-to-date maintenance logs. \* Maintenance scheduling. \* Assignment control with accountability documents. \* Tools and assets inventory. \* Periodic and unannounced audits. \* Weekly and monthly reports. KPIs \* 98–100% fleet operational readiness. \* 100% valid documentation. \* Zero tools without assigned responsibility. \* Audits. Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or Mechanics. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in fleet control or materials resources management. Skills: \* Organization. \* Tracking. \* Integrity. \* Strong character. Salary and Bonus Structure Base salary: $12,000 monthly net.
