




At **Grupo LET**, we are looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** with strategic thinking, results orientation, and leadership skills. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and directly support the company's business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Design and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies. * Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Oversee website updates and content, as well as social media. * Analyze campaign metrics and results, presenting performance reports. * Coordinate the marketing team (community manager, designer, and brand leader). * Propose creative actions to enhance brand image and presence. * Collaborate with the sales department to align lead generation and conversion strategies. * Identify opportunities for improvement in communication and positioning. * Manage budgets and optimize marketing investments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing. * Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Creative, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
