Labor Tax Coordinator.
**Job Objective**
Coordinate and supervise the company's compliance with fiscal and labor obligations, ensuring proper administration of labor taxes, payroll stamping processes, severance review, and compliance with government institutions.
**Required Profile**
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field
**Experience**
Minimum 3 years in: Labor taxes — payroll and stamping, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT; severance and settlement review; fiscal-labor compliance
**Technical Knowledge**
* Mexican labor and tax legislation.
* Solid knowledge of IMSS:
* SUA
* IDSE
* SIPARE
* Affiliation movements
* Work-related risk
* Determination of worker-employer contributions
* ISR on salaries and wages.
* CFDI payroll stamping.
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
* Payroll systems.
