Strong emphasis on analytical and problem-solving abilities **Job Description:** Responsible for day\-to\-day support operations, including dispatching, monitoring, and proactively maintaining the organization’s systems and technologies such as VMware, Windows Servers, IIS, and other critical applications. **Requirements:** Computer knowledge: * Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including: Windows Server, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Internet Information Services (IIS), Familiarity with enterprise hardware, particularly Dell and HP server equipment. Experience: * 1–3 years of experience in IT maintenance, support, or related technical roles. * Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP are a plus and will receive higher consideration. * ITIL 4 Foundation certification is desired but not required. * Basic understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper\-V.
