Office Applications: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Odoo ERP: Basic understanding of business processes and user management. Windows: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems. UniFi Networks: Basic knowledge of connectivity and AP monitoring. CCTV: Management of security cameras and backup of recordings. Hardware: Preventive and corrective maintenance of PCs and printers. Physical Network: Punch-down of network nodes and structured cabling. Remote Support: Remote technical assistance. **KEY ACTIVITIES** Technical Support: In-person and remote support for end users. Odoo Management: User creation, permission assignment, and process support. Hardware Maintenance: Cleaning, diagnostics, and repair of PCs and printers. Software Administration: Windows and Office installation, and Google Workspace configuration. Network Control: UniFi connectivity monitoring and network failure reporting. CCTV Monitoring: Security camera review and recording retrieval. Physical Infrastructure: Punch-down of network nodes and structured cabling maintenance. Inventory Management: Tracking and registration of company computing equipment and peripherals.
