A company in the meat industry is seeking an Industrial / Process Engineer responsible for documenting, standardizing, implementing, and monitoring processes in the warehouse and packaging areas, driving order, control, traceability, and continuous improvement in operations. **Position Objective** Document and implement processes for receiving, storage, inventory control, packaging, and dispatch, ensuring proper product rotation, reduction of losses, compliance with hygiene and food safety practices, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** On-site assessment of current processes (warehouses and packaging). Documentation of operating procedures, work instructions, and flowcharts. Definition of standards for: Product receiving Storage (refrigeration and freezing) Inventory control and rotation (FIFO/FEFO) Packaging, labeling, and dispatch to headquarters Implementation of processes in daily operations. Training of operational staff. Supervision of process compliance and identification of deviations. Inventory, loss, and expiration date control. Ensuring order, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. Supporting product traceability. Preparation of operational reports for management. **Education**: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Food Engineering, or related field. **Experience**: 2–4 years in warehouses, inventory, packaging, or logistics.
