Job Summary: We are seeking an SHE Coordinator with experience in industrial safety and hygiene to develop, implement, and audit incident control and prevention systems, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Leadership in HS&E audits and emergency management plans **SHE Coordinator** **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma (vocational preparatory school) in fields related to industrial safety and hygiene, with demonstrable knowledge in industrial safety and health * Minimum two years of demonstrable experience in industrial safety and hygiene * Knowledge of Mexican regulations, Federal Labor Law, and OSHA * Experience in developing and implementing incident control and prevention systems for activities carried out by contractors * Experience in developing and implementing industrial safety and hygiene programs **Responsibilities:** * Comply with safety procedures and measures according to Mexican official standards or internal plant procedures, whichever is stricter * Monitor, implement, and ensure compliance with the prequalification process for contractor companies at the plant * Audit of key HS&E elements, CSPA audits, internal audits, periodic HS&E reviews, all > 80% * TIR 0, Zero personal injury incidents and accidents * Preparation and submission of monthly reports, scorecards, safe hours, defect reports, incident reports, and potentially significant incident reports * Control and maintain risk analysis mitigation measures throughout the duration of the activity * Influence and decision-making authority over construction activities conducted at the plant, enforcing safety guidelines and standards * Know and apply the emergency management plan * Request support from the plant’s OSCV system for critical activity analysis: “High-risk tasks”, “Life saving system” * Execute and participate in implementing improvements to eliminate incidents, continuously identify risks, and implement mitigation measures * Ability to effectively provide feedback to team members * Possess all required and up-to-date certifications necessary to perform the service Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
