Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive legacy in the world! **Position Objective** Efficiently and promptly attend to new and follow-up patients, delivering safe and compassionate medical care during their stay at SANEFRO, with close clinical follow-up and full compliance with current regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise the patient’s comprehensive hemodialysis management, ensuring stability and promptly addressing complications arising during renal replacement therapy. * Evaluate the patient’s vascular access for hemodialysis and timely manage related complications. * Ensure compliance with procedures and proper operation of critical systems. **Experience** * Inpatient care: 1 year * Management of emergencies or critically ill patients: 1 year * Hemodialysis treatments: 1 year * Management of clinical records: 1 year **Knowledge** * Interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic tests (electrocardiogram and chest X-ray). * Theoretical foundations of renal failure and its treatments. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * NOM-003-SSA3-2010 for hemodialysis practice. **Education** Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (Medical Doctor) or Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (Degree and Federal License) **Additional Profile Requirements** * Management of medical emergencies * International Patient Safety Goals * Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
