Additionally, Inetum has been recognized as a **Top Employer**, a certification validating our commitment to employee well-being, professional development, and excellence in talent management. **Job Description** We are looking for a candidate with experience in Technical Support. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and repair computer equipment, printers, multifunction devices, monitors, mice, keyboards, desktops, and laptops. * Load Windows 10 and Windows 11 images onto computers and all-in-one (AIO) devices. * Document failures, diagnoses, and solutions. * Resolve service tickets related to IT computing equipment. * Report on-site attendance. * Report and verify expenses. * Request spare parts and components. * Meet service-level agreements (SLAs). * Return spare parts and components. * Install and manage backup equipment. * Academic qualification: Degree in Systems Engineering or related field. **Requirements** In cases where formal academic qualifications are not held, equivalent experience in Technical Support will be considered, including knowledge of: * Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support. * Loading operating system images onto computers and AIO devices. * Hard drive sanitization (Blancco). * Diagnosing and repairing equipment: Lexmark and Plustek printers, biometric devices, PIN pads, Macs, laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, etc. * Structured cabling knowledge (copper, Category 6 and above). * Replacing wall plates (rosetas), jacks, RJ45 connectors, and cable installation. * Required technologies: Proficiency in operating systems, including installation and configuration. * Knowledge of tools used for node testing and cable punching. **What We Offer** * Top Employer certification recognizing our talent management practices. * Continuous training programs and certifications. * Access to learning and professional development platforms. * Culture of innovation and collaboration. * Physical and emotional wellness programs. **Commitment to Equality** At Inetum, we foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
