




Position Summary: We are seeking a Document Control Officer to administer, control, safeguard, and track technical, administrative, and contractual documentation for construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage technical, administrative, and contractual project documentation. 2. Ensure the updating and organization of project information. 3. Control versions of drawings and technical documents. Due to expansion, we require: **Document Control Officer:** **Objective:** Administer, control, safeguard, and track all technical, administrative, and contractual documentation generated during the development of construction projects, ensuring that information remains up-to-date, organized, traceable, and accessible to involved departments, in compliance with the company’s internal procedures. **Responsibilities:** Document Management * Administer the project document control system. * Register, classify, distribute, and archive technical and administrative documentation. * Control versions of drawings, specifications, technical reports, and contractual documents. * Maintain the master document register up to date. Drawing and Technical Document Control * Control the distribution of IFC drawings, revisions, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and engineering changes. * Ensure the field team uses the latest authorized version of drawings. * Track updates and revisions issued by designers. **Profile:** Education: Architecture or related field.
