Management and Renewal of Existing Customers** * Conduct renewals for accounts at least 180 days old to anticipate needs and measure satisfaction. * Ensure contract renewals and reduce cancellations through planned sales processes (90/60/30 days prior to expiration). * Guarantee high service quality satisfaction levels. **2\. Identification of Cross-Selling Opportunities** * Hold at least one quarterly meeting with key customers to: * Present portfolio offerings. * Identify risks and needs. * Maintain monthly contact with strategic customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, webinars, or relevant content. **3\. CRM Management** * Register and update customer, prospect, and contact information. * Track the status of each sales opportunity. * Document every interaction (calls, emails, meetings). * Generate quotations and sales reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). * Analyze opportunities to identify active/inactive customers and cross-selling strategies. **4\. Order Processing** * Ensure timely invoicing. * Manage quotations with distributors. * Handle purchase orders and license/product delivery. * Guarantee high service attention levels and on-time delivery performance. **5\.
