Job Summary: A Condominium Cleaning Supervisor is required to coordinate, train, and supervise cleaning staff, as well as organize and evaluate cleaning tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Inspection and evaluation of cleaning task compliance **WE ARE SEEKING A CONDOMINIUM CLEANING SUPERVISOR** **Work Schedule:** Morning shift: Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 15:00 hrs Afternoon shift: Monday to Sunday: 12:00 to 20:00 hrs Rest day: Rotating one day per week **Responsibilities:** * \- Coordinate cleaning staff * \- Train staff * \- Develop cleaning routines and work schedules to assign cleaning personnel to various common areas of the condominium * \- Conduct follow-up and submit corresponding reports * \- Inspect and evaluate task compliance by staff under supervision * \- Maintain order of equipment and work areas, reporting any anomalies. **We Offer:** * \- Gross monthly salary of $13,000 * \- Statutory benefits Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
