




**Key Responsibilities** \- Direct support to the General Director in administrative and operational activities. \- Analysis and organization of data for reports, metrics, and decision-making. \- Preparation of documents, presentations, and executive reports. \- Tracking of projects, pending tasks, appointments, and commitments. \- Coordination of schedules, meetings, and internal and external communications. \- Creation of visual materials and presentations in Canva. \- Development and management of Excel databases. \- Organized management of digital files and documentation. \- Identification and timely resolution of operational or administrative issues. \- Effective communication with suppliers, clients, and internal team members. **Required Technical Skills** \- Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and charts). \- Advanced Word (formatting, writing, and templates). \- PowerPoint or presentation tools. \- Canva for basic visual material design. \- Email management and organizational tools. \- Basic use of administrative systems or CRM (desirable). **Key Competencies** \- Strong problem-solving ability. \- Analytical and structured thinking. \- Task organization and prioritization. \- Attention to detail. \- Proactivity and initiative-taking. \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Discretion and trustworthiness. \- Ability to work under pressure. \- Results-oriented.
