Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, process, analyze, and present operational and strategic information, ensuring data integrity for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collect and process operational data from diverse sources. 2. Prepare operational, strategic, and performance reports (KPIs). 3. Analyze trends and optimize reporting tools. With over 20 years of experience, we process more than 100,000 transactions daily, serving financial institutions and other business sectors, including Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), resulting in process efficiency, improved turnaround times, risk reduction, and better cost control. We are the largest operators of mortgage loan origination processes, handling over 70,000 mortgage loans annually. Our focus is on mortgage credit processes, spanning from credit origination through proper formalization and registration, with strict controls over legal and valuation procedures. Work Location: La Magdalena Contreras. Working Hours: 9 AM to 7 PM, 2-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Requirements: - Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) - Gender: Unrestricted - Type and Duration of Experience: 2 years of experience in Data Analysis and Advanced Excel (preferred). - Knowledge: Power BI RESPONSIBILITIES - Collect, consolidate, and process operational data from various sources to generate periodic reports. • Ensure the integrity and quality of presented information. • Prepare operational, strategic, and performance reports (KPIs) for management, coordination teams, and clients. • Create dashboards and visual tools to facilitate data analysis. • Analyze trends, patterns, and deviations in operational data. • Identify process improvement opportunities based on analytical findings. • Design and optimize tools for report automation and data collection processes. • Collaborate with the IT department to implement systems or platforms that enhance information flow. • Provide key information and analysis to operational decision-makers to support strategic decisions. • Participate in defining operational metrics and standards. • Ensure reports and analyses comply with internal regulations, privacy policies, and applicable laws. • Document processes related to information generation and analysis.
