**OPERATIONAL STAFF REQUIRED FOR PEST CONTROL** **EXPERIENCE IN THE PEST CONTROL INDUSTRY REQUIRED** **MUST KNOW HOW TO DRIVE - MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE** **\*WE OFFER:** **Net Salary from $11,000 INITIAL to $13,500\.00** **Statutory benefits from the first day** **Overtime pay** **Constant training, growth and development, pleasant work environment** **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform services and visits according to the assigned schedule. * Complete field reports according to daily services performed. * Report client requirements to the Operations Supervisor. * Maintain operational condition of assigned equipment, tools, and materials. * Attend to client requests regarding service and documentation. * Report daily activities to the Operations Supervisor. * Report to the Operations Supervisor areas for improvement in assigned equipment, tools, and materials to ensure services are completed properly. **ACTIVITIES** * Review service calendars at the beginning of each month. * Request materials at the beginning of each month from the Operations Supervisor. * Follow good manufacturing practices for daily tasks. * Keep materials, vehicles, equipment, and tools in good condition for service execution. * Maintain clean and well-kept service appearance (Rodent Equipment, Light Units, Signage and accessories). * Attend client audits. * Review the client's operational folder. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Maintain assigned services according to Integrated Pest Management standards, ensuring timely and proper execution, with the objective of keeping areas free of pests.
