We seek a Talent and Administration Executive who will contribute to strengthening our talent management processes, ensuring the integration, development, and well-being of our employees. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Posting job vacancies, screening candidate profiles, and conducting competency-based interviews aligned with the organization’s values and strategic needs. * Monitoring the onboarding process for new employees, facilitating their cultural, operational, and emotional adaptation. * Executing administrative hiring processes—including onboarding and offboarding—in compliance with current labor regulations. * Managing attendance incidents, vacations, and leave requests, ensuring timely recordkeeping and personalized support. * Organizing and updating physical and digital employee files while maintaining confidentiality and document order. * Coordinating initial training programs for new hires, promoting active learning and connection with organizational culture. * Administering practical assessments, monitoring calls, and providing individualized feedback to reinforce technical and emotional competencies. ### **Work Location** Ignacio Allende 406, Toluca Centro ### **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Rotating Saturday shifts: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. ### **We Offer** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Food allowance. * Life insurance. * Major medical expense insurance. * Biweekly payroll payments (on the 15th and 30th\). ### **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Experience in recruitment, training, and personnel administration. * Completed bachelor’s degree in related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Organizational Development activities.
