




Position Summary: Design and implement Organizational Development strategies to strengthen culture, workplace climate, performance, and structure, aligned with strategic objectives. Coordination of training and talent development plans Design, implement, and monitor Organizational Development strategies, programs, and tools that strengthen organizational culture, workplace climate, performance, and structure, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and update job descriptions and position profiles. * Participate in performance evaluation projects. * Coordinate and monitor training and development plans. * Administer and analyze organizational climate surveys. * Design and implement organizational culture programs. * Support succession planning and talent development initiatives. * Analyze turnover, absenteeism, and productivity indicators. * Propose improvements to internal processes and organizational structure. * Support change management processes. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Experience** * 2–3 years of experience in Organizational Development areas. * Experience in performance evaluation, workplace climate assessment, and training. * Proficiency in handling indicators and data analysis. * Prior experience in implementing organizational change projects is desirable.
