ZIP Code 45645 **Salary: $35,000 monthly + annual productivity bonus of up to one month’s salary** Job Description: We are seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager to manage and develop our company’s human talent. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of ensuring compliance with labor laws and Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), as well as implementing initiatives that promote a positive work environment and align the organization with its productivity goals. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, NOMs, and occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Lead recruitment, training, health and safety areas, and supervise implementation of internal policies. * Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational climate, reduce absenteeism and staff turnover. * Supervise compliance with the Internal Work Regulations and Code of Conduct, applying appropriate sanctions when necessary. * Promote training and professional development programs, such as English courses and continuing education for employees. * Actively participate in audits and collaborate with government authorities (STPS, Civil Protection, among others). Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Social Work, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources management and solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and NOMs. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic English. * Leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and capacity to manage teams and improve organizational climate.
