The position plays a key role in talent management, staff development, and continuous improvement of human resources processes. Responsibilities * Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business operations. * Manage the full recruitment, selection, hiring, and training process. * Strengthen organizational culture and workplace climate. * Supervise personnel administration (personnel files, incidents, contracts, etc.). * Design and implement performance evaluations. * Manage labor relations and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. * Implement talent development, training, and retention programs. * Generate HR reports and metrics for decision-making. * Represent the company before labor authorities when necessary. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Experience managing personnel and resolving conflicts. * Knowledge of HR processes and labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience applying and interpreting psychometric tests.
