The main objective of this role is to perform residential installations, laying and routing of fiber optic cables within buildings (residences, offices, and buildings), ensuring high-quality service to end customers. ### **Responsibilities:** * Install and configure fiber optic services (internet, television, and telephone). * Lay, route, and connect fiber optic cables in internal networks (buildings, junction boxes, cabinets). * Perform fiber optic splicing, and operate equipment such as OTDR, fusion splicers, and power meters (desirable). * Inspect, diagnose, and repair service faults. * Interact directly with end customers during installations. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school or technical high school (preferred). * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in fiber optic or telecommunications network installation (internal or external plant). * Basic knowledge of FTTH, optical connections, measuring equipment, conduits, racks, and cabinets. * Valid driver's license (required). * Customer service attitude, responsibility, and interest in fieldwork. * Flexible availability. ### **We Offer:** * **Base salary**: $12,000 per month * **Monthly bonuses**: From $2,500 up to $10,000 based on performance * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, Christmas bonus) * Work tools, company vehicle, and fuel provided * Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth
