We are a leading telecommunications company and, due to growth, we require an External Plant Construction Supervisor. MINIMUM 3-YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH MEGACABLE NETWORK IS MANDATORY **Requirements:** \- Driver's license (mandatory) \- Willingness to travel \- Minimum 3 years in a similar position \- Knowledge of fiber optic (FO) installation \- Responsible and punctual in task delivery. \- Ability to make decisions and respond promptly. \- Ability to take action in response to problems, proposing effective solutions. \- **Experience and Knowledge:** \- Experience in fiber optic network construction. \- Experience in external and internal plant (ODF/OLT). \- Knowledge of OTDR, power meter, fusion splicers, voltage meters, etc. \- Experience reading traces and power levels correctly, enabling identification of existing faults through such analysis. \- Experience reading fiber optic engineering drawings, with clear and precise understanding of plan designs. \- Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to create KMZ files. **Responsibilities:** \- Conduct pre-construction design verification walkthroughs for fiber optic (FO) deployment. \- Supervise at least 3 construction and GPON splicing crews. \- Manage materials: collect, deliver, and reconcile inventory. \- Supervise proper installation of fiber optic cable and associated components, ensuring compliance with regulations. \- Assign, complete, and document required logs on time and as specified for each installation technician. \- Ensure crew productivity during assigned shifts. \- Maintain effective communication via designated platforms so crews always have assigned sectors or branches. \- Meet weekly performance targets. **We Offer:** \- Statutory benefits \- Job stability \- Base salary (based on knowledge and skills). \- Biweekly payment (15th and last day of the month) \- Direct employment contract with the company \- Transportation, accommodation, and meals (if applicable). \- Tools required to perform duties. **Working Hours:** \- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. \- Weekends as required by project progress.
