Training and technical support to outside plant personnel A leading Mexican telecommunications company is seeking your expertise in fiber optics to join our team as: **NETWORK PROJECT COORDINATOR** **Job Objective:** * Validate, propose, and coordinate solutions for the implementation and expansion of Totalplay and enterprise networks. * Evaluate technical feasibility for aerial and ducted construction, using field information, drawings, route maps, and databases. * Act as liaison with external entities for permit validation in residential developments and municipalities, in collaboration with the real estate team. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnosis and resolution of faults in outside plant; field investigation when information is insufficient * Collection and analysis of information for migrations, reinforcements, new coverage areas, and network construction * Ongoing training and technical support to outside plant personnel; coordination with carriers; handling of scheduled and emergency events * Validation of generators, route maps, routes, and matrices for technical support; preparation of reports and tracking of network damage * Construction of fiber optic networks * Operation of fusion splicers and power meters * Interpretation of drawings, route maps, and KMZ files * Configuration of telecommunications equipment **We Offer:** * Monthly gross base salary of $18,000 * Performance-based bonus * Statutory benefits * Paid and continuous training * Six-day workweek
