Team leadership and interdepartmental coordination Main Responsibilities ● Administrative process supervision within the department: Coordination of operational activities ensuring compliance with internal policies. ● Planning and control of administrative resources: Task assignment, workload tracking, and time optimization. ● Budgetary control and expense validation: Authorization and monitoring of expenditures in accordance with established guidelines. ● Development of administrative performance indicators: Periodic evaluation of results and establishment of operational targets. ● Interdepartmental coordination: Liaison between Management and operational departments to ensure efficient information flow. ● Supervision of administrative staff: Performance monitoring, objective achievement tracking, and continuous team improvement.
