**Bilingual Support (Networks)** **Modality: On-site, Toluca** **Years of experience: 2 years** **Advanced English (Mandatory)** **Requirements:** * Experience in Industrial Plant * Experience in shift rotation * 2 years of experience in industrial server and application support. * Knowledge in Windows/Linux administration. * Experience in virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper\-V). * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, VLANs, and security. * Familiarity with ITIL. * Desired: experience in SCADA/MES. * Availability for shift rotation * Administration and support of Windows/Linux servers and virtualized environments. * Support for critical applications (MES, SCADA, Historian). * Diagnosis of incidents in TCP/IP networks. * Knowledge and use of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Office 365, PowerApps, PowerBi, among others).
