Key Responsibilities * Perform **mise en place** and preparation checklists for each service. * Follow instructions from the **Executive Chef and Management**. * Correctly apply the **FIFO system** for storage and stock rotation. * Prepare ingredients according to standardized recipes and portion weights. * Wash and disinfect products per **Clean Point** guidelines. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (**NOM-251**). * Assist in dish preparation while maintaining **flavor, quality, and presentation**. * Execute basic culinary techniques: cutting, blanching, sauces, garnishes, and plating. * Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, equipment, and utensils. * Participate in daily production, special events, and operational support. * Contribute to a **collaborative work environment**.
