




**Main Responsibilities:** Support the Human Resources Department in general personnel administration: onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, filing of records, and document follow-up. Participate in the preparation of periodic reports for HR (staffing, turnover, updates, personnel costs). **Coordinate general administrative support tasks:** reception, handling phone calls, managing correspondence, office supplies control. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience). Knowledge of payroll, experience with personnel systems (preferred), intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational skills, proactivity, confidentiality, teamwork, and effective communication.
