**SOLEMAN SEAFOOD AND SEAFOOD DISTRIBUTOR**
We seek a highly committed and responsible individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for sales and internal and external customer service.
**SCHEDULE:** Monday to Sunday, with rotating weekday rest days
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Sunday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

**REQUIREMENTS**
* Age 35 to 50 years
* 2–3 years verifiable experience in a similar position
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, completed

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Prepare and submit weekly commercial and operational performance reports to the Commercial Management and Sales Directorate, including key indicators such as sales volume, revenue generated, and billing control.
* Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements at each branch.
* Supervise and monitor fuel consumption and mileage of operational vehicles.
* Guarantee timely availability of merchandise at branches and deliveries to customers, ensuring operational continuity.
* Design, implement, and monitor internal policies, processes, and controls aimed at optimizing operations.
* Coordinate monthly activity planning with sub-managers and branch supervisors, and track execution of work plans.
* Supervise daily cash closures and deposits, ensuring proper revenue administration.
* Verify compliance with branch image, order, and operational standards.
* Coordinate and monitor recruitment processes and coverage of operational vacancies.
* Monitor and foster an appropriate working environment across branches.
* Supervise compliance with sanitary controls, including temperature logs and cleaning records for refrigeration equipment.
* Manage payroll incidents in coordination with the relevant department.
* Control and monitor accounts receivable, as well as credit management and portfolio recovery.
