Our technological expertise creates a more sustainable future for us all. **Position Summary** Ensure the availability and reliability of equipment and facilities through planning, scheduling, and controlling preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, optimizing human, material, and financial resources. **Responsibilities** * Participate in plant campaigns or Genba, reporting and closing safety findings. * Create new functional locations, plans, and planned maintenance routines for new machinery in the plant. * Train and develop staff in new techniques and tools. * Prepare and update the preventive and predictive maintenance master plan. * Schedule work orders according to priority, equipment criticality, and resource availability. * Coordinate with production on planned time windows to execute work without impacting operations. * Verify the availability of spare parts, tools, and human resources for the maintenance program. * Control and manage the technical inventory of critical spare parts for planned maintenance. * Coordinate with purchasing on external materials or services to complete planned maintenance. * Manage maintenance work orders, ensuring traceability of machine work (weekly, monthly, annual). * Interpret and generate downtime reports to increase equipment availability and reliability. * Keep the planned maintenance system up to date. * Generate key indicators for the department. * Monitor CAPA plans weekly. * Implement and maintain new technologies and methodologies (TPM, Lean Maintenance, RCM). * Maintain order, cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the area under your responsibility. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineer, Mecatronic , Maintenance or similar. * Level of English: Basic * Solid knowledge (Maintenance, PLC, Industrial Safety, Machines and tools, CNC and conventional machines.) * 1 years of experience in a similar position * Results oriented * Costumer service attitude * Organized * Self\-directed * Work under pressure * Effective communication skills
