Analyze time and motion to increase productivity. * Collaborate in the design and optimization of tooling and fixtures. * Ensure part quality according to technical specifications and standards. Propose workshop layout and workflow improvements. * Implement continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S). * Control inventories of tools, materials, and operating costs. * Train and evaluate operational and technical staff. * Ensure industrial safety and regulatory compliance. * Generate reports on efficiency, quality, and resource utilization.
