Your role as Customer Experience Analyst will be to define and execute reports and analyses that provide visibility and support decision-making for the Customer Experience area, working hand-in-hand with our temples, our laboratory, and maintaining a focus on the end customer. **Responsibilities** * Participate in experiments aimed at improving experience, process automation, and customer recovery. * Track cross-departmental projects, take meeting minutes, and monitor progress.
