For best results, use Google Chrome to view this page. As a key member of the Finance team, this role is essential in defining and achieving the financial forecast. You will partner with cross\-functional teams to develop realistic projections based on statistical methodology. This role serves as a crucial link between Finance, Commercial, and Production teams, ensuring business needs and growth opportunities are integrated into our plans. What You Can Expect* Leads the monthly rolling forecast process, which includes the 0\-24 month forecast and changes to the 0\-90 day forecast, by generating, aligning, and gaining consensus from key stakeholders using analysis of takeaway trends, customer inventory levels, price elasticity, and commercial plans. * Ensures integration between sales, marketing, finance, and production during the generation and execution of financial plans, aligned with the company's target. * Partners with the Revenue Growth Management team to incorporate pricing and promotion strategies into the financial forecast. * Breaks down the rolling forecast from the brand level to the customer/SKU level to enable tracking of sales and financial performance. * Analyzes our forecast error monthly to identify top offenders and make adjustments to the plan. * Collaborates and aligns with the global IBP implementation project and roll\-out to Mexico’s market. * Drives weekly activities, analyzes and reports ongoing performance against the plan, and follows up on required action items. * Coordinates and leads the executive IBP monthly meeting, where commercial and production leadership assess business performance, address risks and opportunities, and make decisions on supply issues. What You Bring to the Table* Proven experience in demand planning. * Strong analytical and statistical skills with a focus on forecasting methodologies. * Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across finance, sales, and operations teams. * Experience leading cross\-functional meetings and driving consensus.
