At our leading beauty and wellness center in the area, we are looking for a **Sales Manager** to help us drive results and strengthen relationships with our clients. **What you will do** * Develop sales strategies and ensure goal achievement. * Handle and close sales through social media (**WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram**). * Create campaigns and supporting materials in **Canva**, and manage reports in **Excel**. * Motivate, guide, and develop the team of cosmetologists. * Resolve conflicts with empathy and a customer service focus. **We are looking for someone who** * Lives in **Calimaya or nearby areas** (mandatory). * Is **proactive, friendly, empathetic, and creative**. * Enjoys connecting with people and building trust. * Has a **minimum of 3 years of sales experience** (ideally in services or retail). * Is proficient with digital tools and organized in managing sales indicators. **Requirements** * Age: **30 to 50 years old**. * Completed or partially completed **Bachelor’s degree** in business, marketing, or related fields. * Training in cosmetology (desirable, not mandatory). * Proficiency in Office suite is mandatory (Word, Excel, etc). * Experience with Canva. **We offer** * **Base salary of $10,000 MXN plus attractive commissions.** * **Statutory benefits.** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 hrs / Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs.** * Professional and warm work environment.
