Because only by working together in a culture where everyone thrives, can we build the world we all want to live in. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU:** Operations support (Routing Supervisor, Delivery Driver, Warehouse Assistant) You will be responsible for improving and optimizing delivery operations and customer pickup across different processes and shipping methods, ensuring shipment flows to achieve the required delivery time to destination at the lowest possible cost. **Your main challenges will be:** * Ensure proper management of order deliveries, shipments, and returns, maintaining the highest product quality for delivery and correct documentation * Review the order flow from invoicing to shipment dispatch * Analyze improvement opportunities in the delivery flow (planned routes, shipment processes, deliveries) * Report process improvement opportunities and develop initiatives accordingly * Ensure proper handling and reconciliation of petty cash from counter sales * Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace * Responsibility for opening and closing the warehouse * Build routing plans, interact with applications to better perform functions * Invoice settlement * Invoicing * Coordinate deliveries of incoming orders, then local delivery drivers deliver to regional customers * Last-mile shipping * Customer service, cleaning **Work location:** Toluca, State of Mexico \- Av.
