APYMSA, a 100% Mexican company dedicated to the sale of spare parts, invites you to join its team as: COUNTER MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure quality and trustworthy service by supervising and coordinating the counter advisory team, providing comprehensive guidance. * Coordinate and supervise assigned sales personnel, ensuring compliance with the assigned work plan, offering, displaying, exhibiting, and advising on products and commercial initiatives. * Meet control and verification indicators for the commercial activities of the assigned Point of Sale team according to agreed timelines to achieve customer loyalty. * Schedule and conduct commercial visits within the Point of Sale's area of influence to capture and generate new potential customers. * Promote counter sales by sending information to counter advisors to make calls to customers who have not made purchases compared to previous months, offering monthly promotions. * Assist in general cleaning activities at the Branch, ensuring it remains organized and clean at all times.
