Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales.
**GENERAL PURPOSE**:
Lead the sales team to achieve vehicle sales volume and model range targets aligned with Group objectives, effectively applying processes and delivering a customer satisfaction level exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Based on sales and vehicle model range targets.
· Jointly determine with the Marketing Manager external events and activities for promotion, advertising, sales points, exhibitions, etc.
· Set sales, prospecting, test drive, and conversion targets per sales advisor.
· Jointly develop individual work plans with sales advisors to achieve prospecting and sales targets.
· Assign showroom floor shifts based on sales advisors’ performance metrics.
· Monitor daily sales performance to evaluate strategy and plan outcomes.
· Conduct coaching sessions with sales advisors to improve performance.
· Ensure vehicle display and showroom conditions meet standards, selecting units for display.
· Ensure availability of demo vehicles for test drives (clean and fueled).
· Ensure daily prospect data entry and follow-up in the GoldMine system.
· Ensure vehicle availability to meet sales targets.
· Manage dealer inventory to minimize floor plan interest payments.
· Promote sales of in-stock vehicles while minimizing unit transfers via exchange.
· Participate in determining vehicle specifications—including quantity, model range, catalogs, colors, etc.—to be ordered from the plant for inventory acquisition.
· Ensure 100% compliance by subordinates with scheduled training programs.
· Ensure sales staff are fully knowledgeable about product processes and technologies—such as safety, comfort, entertainment, and ecology—to deliver professional demonstrations and sales of Omoda Jaecoo vehicles.
· Define test drive conditions, processes, and routes to ensure customer expectations are met and to generate positive impact improving test-drive-to-sale conversion.
· Ensure 100% of customers visiting the showroom floor are offered a test drive.
· Ensure sales advisors fully understand and correctly apply all purchase options—cash or financing—to provide complete information to customers.
· Apply and enforce all anti-money laundering criteria established by the Ministry of Finance.
· Establish conditions and processes for vehicle delivery that meet customer expectations and include warranty, service, 24-hour assistance, insurance, coverage, and customer support information.
· Ensure delivery surveys are administered to identify improvement opportunities.
· Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team to provide performance feedback, share results, and develop continuous improvement processes.
· Ensure customers are informed of post-sale conditions and processes for maintenance and repair services.
· Monitor VOICE performance daily.
· Address VOICE complaints promptly and resolve them.
· Handle and resolve customer complaints.
· Define dress code for subordinates to maintain professional image and presentation both on-site and at external events.
· Monitor customer service to ensure professional and respectful treatment by subordinates.
· Ensure proper customer reception upon arrival at the showroom and immediate response to incoming calls for agile and prompt service.
· Maintain and communicate the organization’s Vision, Mission, and Values across the sales team to project integrity and achieve established goals.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $59,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
