Efficiently administer the inflow and outflow of resources. Coordinate services and timely deliveries to customers. Responsibilities: 1\. Ensure availability and functionality of maximum and minimum stock levels. 2\. Manage FIFO (First In, First Out). 3\. Record warehouse material issue vouchers. 4\. Receive resources and ensure proper documentation. 5\. Identify materials and resources. 6\. Record entries and exits in the SAP system. 7\. Deliver documents to the finance department. 8\. Conduct inventories according to schedule. 9\. Monthly report slow-moving or obsolete materials for disposal. 10\. Report movements and variations of indirect materials related to production orders. 11\. Record and verify finished product reports against physical counts and documentation. 12\. Process service requests and follow up on scheduled customer appointments. 13\. Daily review of logistics checklists and apply appropriate penalties if incidents occur. 14\. Contribute to achieving zero accidents by complying with established rules and guidelines. 15\. Optimize resource usage to support efforts in reducing CO2 emissions affecting climate change. 16\. Actively participate in improvements ensuring business sustainability and continuity.
