Printing distributor is seeking: **Service and Repair Technician (Multifunctional Devices) – Toluca** We are looking for Printing Equipment Technicians experienced with the following brands: **Sharp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh, and others.** Proficiency in network connectivity is mandatory. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in technical support for printers and multifunctional devices. * Higher Education Certificate / Technical Degree in Systems, Electronics, or related field. * Courses or Certifications (Mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of repairing printers and multifunctional devices from Sharp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, and Ricoh. * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. * Experience handling and using generic consumables. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond on-site or in the field to tickets assigned by the Help Desk.
