Printing distributor is looking for: **Service and Repair Technician (multifunction devices).** We are seeking Technicians for Printing Equipment with experience in the following brands listed below: **Sharp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh and other brands**, as well as knowledge in network connectivity for the TOLUCA area. **Responsibilities:** * On-site or field attendance to tickets assigned by Help Desk. (Handling hardware, software, connectivity issues, delivery of spare parts, consumables, remote troubleshooting, phone consultations, support with external reports – travel expenses will be provided, equipment rehabilitation, diagnostics, and other related activities). * Report arrival and departure from site (send location via WhatsApp). * Follow-up and closure of assigned tickets in the Help Desk system. * Maintain order and organization in report documentation. * Submit weekly activity log (every Friday). * Submit requested reports/manuals to the department supervisor. * When on-site (government or private institution), comply with internal rules and procedures. * Maintain communication primarily with the Help Desk supervisor and direct manager initially. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in technical support for printers and multifunction devices. * Higher education certificate / Technical degree in Systems, Electronics or related field. * Courses or Certifications (Optional). * Extensive knowledge in repair of printers and multifunction devices from the brands Sharp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Ability to resolve inquiries and problems. * **Must reside in Toluca, State of Mexico.** **Offer:** \- Job stability \- Base salary \- Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium) and additional benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers **If you meet the profile, don't hesitate to apply through this channel or send your CV to the email address in the posting.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
