Job stability and growth within the automotive sector Main Responsibilities: * Receive and attend to service department customers. * Open and close service orders. * Identify maintenance or repair needs. * Explain diagnoses, timeframes, and costs to customers. * Track the status of vehicles in the workshop. * Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisor. * Promote additional services and preventive maintenance. * Deliver vehicles and explain work performed. * Administrative control and system management. Requirements: * Minimum education: High school diploma (technical degree or related field preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a service advisor, automotive advisor, or customer service representative in the automotive industry. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Computer proficiency. * Valid driver's license (preferred).
