A leading company in the sale of quality inspection equipment is seeking: Graduated Engineer or intern in Electronics, Mechatronics or Robotics Minimum 85% English proficiency (spoken and written) Desirable knowledge in technology applied in production or packaging lines Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet Experience in customer, supplier and user interaction Highly creative and proactive Availability to travel No issues with transportation Excellent presentation and public interaction skills Performing the following activities: Receive and manage service requests for equipment from our external customers Follow up with the Service Manager on collected information Conduct field visits to our customers' facilities Gather necessary customer information to meet their needs Address customer inquiries, concerns or issues via phone or in person Support promotion and sales of maintenance contracts, equipment upgrades, reconstructions or spare parts kits Submit weekly visit plans Skills: Proactive Dynamic Conflict management Assertive communication Teamwork Must know how to drive Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Availability to travel: * 50% (Desirable) Work location: On-site
