Our continuous growth drives us to seek leaders with vision, execution capability, and passion for fieldwork. **Job Objective:** You will be responsible for **planning, directing, and supervising** all construction-related activities for our projects—from planning through delivery—ensuring adherence to **timelines, budgets, quality, and safety**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and monitor construction projects (retail, industrial warehouses, shopping centers, and automotive dealerships). * Supervise field personnel (superintendents, site engineers, subcontractors). * Oversee material requisitions per project and track fulfillment. * Efficiently manage resources, materials, and budgets. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. * Negotiate with suppliers and contractors. * Make key decisions and resolve on-site issues. * Report progress and results directly to senior management. \*Enumerated responsibilities are illustrative, not exhaustive. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering degree preferred (licensed and certified). * 5 or more years of experience in similar roles within the construction industry. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Solid knowledge of **construction processes, blueprint interpretation, and budgetary control**. * Prior personnel management experience. * Valid Class E driver’s license. * Availability and **passion for fieldwork**. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Job stability with a growing company. * Continuous training and professional development. * Challenging, high-impact projects. * Direct employment with the company. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
