The Operations Assistant directly supports supervisors and the operations team in daily field and office activities. Collaborates in the preparation, use, and safeguarding of tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring compliance with procedures and efficiency in assigned tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the execution of operational and technical tasks. * Use, maintain, and safeguard assigned tools. * Assist operations supervisors in installation, maintenance, or support tasks. * Perform loading, unloading, and organization of materials. * Support logistics and inventory control of equipment. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Report incidents or area needs to the immediate supervisor. **Desired Profile:** * Basic knowledge in the use of manual and electric tools. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn. * Availability to support different areas according to operational needs.
