**Maintenance Coordinator** **Location:** San Cayetano Plant **Position Type:** On-site work, availability to work rotating shifts A leading company in the pharmaceutical and personal care products industry with over 20 years of experience is seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator** with a minimum of 4 years of experience. **Job Objective:** Responsible for managing the overall maintenance operations of the plant, coordinating a team of qualified personnel across various tasks (mechanical, electrical, electronic). Responsible for ensuring the preventive and predictive maintenance plan for all production facilities, guaranteeing their proper operation and minimizing unplanned downtime. Will be responsible for continuous improvement of methods and procedures. **Requirements:** · *Education:* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Technologies. · Professional experience as maintenance supervisor, maintenance position lead, human team management, analytical skills, management functions, machinery maintenance, extrusion, injection, and blow molding equipment. · *Technical knowledge:* Mechanics, electricity, electronics, plastic packaging, extrusion, injection. · English proficiency level. · *Desired competencies:* Analytical, systematic, adaptability to change, attention to detail, goal setting, conflict resolution, stress tolerance, decision-making. **Some responsibilities (indicative, not limited to):** · Define and plan maintenance policies. · Ensure proper operation of work equipment. · Plan preventive and predictive maintenance activities. · Create and maintain updated maintenance manuals. · Assign maintenance tasks. · Lead, manage, and motivate maintenance teams. · Coordinate processes with managers and department heads, meeting departmental objectives. · Work based on KPIs (MTBF, MTTR). **We Offer:** · Competitive salary · Possibility of indefinite contract · Statutory benefits · Additional benefits Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed higher technical degree (Desirable) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) * Injection and blow molding machines: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site
