DESCRIPTION **Major Automotive Group is looking for a Fleet Manager** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Lerma Toluca Area** --------------------- **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the complete fleet sales process: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, closing, and delivery. * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term contracts. * Coordinate with internal departments (credit, service, after-sales, logistics, and administration) to guarantee on-time delivery and service quality. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and fleet market analysis. * Ensure area profitability through margin, cost, and commercial terms control. * Lead, train, and motivate the fleet sales team to achieve goals. **We Offer** * Base salary of **$15,000** monthly \+ bonus of **$10,000** (for the first 3 months) * Uncapped commissions * Statutory benefits * Work schedule from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:30 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm REQUIREMENTS Requirements: * **2 years of experience as a fleet salesperson** * Bachelor's degree **(incomplete or in process)** * Prospecting and operational client generation. * **Knowledge of automotive portfolio**: cars, SUVs, utility vehicles, and commercial vehicles.
