Motorcycle riding skills to facilitate mobility. **✅ RESPONSIBILITIES:** Master and understand KPIs focused on achieving the service package. Conduct coaching sessions to communicate daily sales criteria (quotas, product mix, priority items for sale, area objectives, etc.). Provide feedback and define actions with team members regarding their status and performance against quotas. Generate reports based on results from the pre-sales system. Plan route assignments for each pre-sales representative according to company policies and procedures. Ensure each team member's territory is properly loaded in the mobile system, with physical copies only in case of issues. Identify the segments of each route to be operated every day of the week. Supervise that team members have all required work tools before starting their routes (reminder forms, fully charged and synchronized cellphones, mined territory maps, catalogs). Monitor timing and movements of assigned pre-sales representatives via the mobile system to ensure compliance with efficiency models (visit effectiveness, sales effectiveness). Ride along on routes to improve sales, prioritizing low-performing ones, and take action based on pre-sales rep performance. Ensure compliance with commercial policies and criteria during routes (promotions and pricing). Control trade marketing resources provided to points of sale, ensuring adherence to established criteria and policies. Accompany newly hired or newly assigned pre-sales reps on routes for training and route walkthroughs. Coordinate and plan daily operations to improve efficiency across the three operational processes. Coordinate with the Delivery Supervisor the receipt of order tickets for product distribution and delivery. Ensure delivery of product distribution lists (planes) to the Warehouse Data Entry Clerk. Guarantee completion of daily sales closing and report results to immediate supervisor. Generate the list of products (tickets and planes) for picking and next-day delivery.
